We are located in the heart of Uptown Phoenix in Bethany Plaza on the Northeast corner of Bethany Home Rd. and 16th Street.

Parking?

If there is no available parking directly in Bethany Plaza, we suggest parking in the lots across the street.

Do you create custom design work with your charcuterie grazing spreads and boards?

With our charcuterie grazing spreads and boards, our designs are abstract art and not literal designs. Your spread and board will be unique and one of a kind! If you are wanting a custom design, there is a $150.00 fee. Please note that it will not be a literal interpretation. As we say, “Eat Art with Dos Chris’!”.

What happens if I need to cancel or I fail to pick-up my pre-order?

Any pre-order(s) that are canceled less than 24 hours from the due date is subject to no refund. Any pre-order(s) canceled more than 24 hours in advance from the due date is subject to a 10% - 100% refund depending on cancellation time period. With failed pick-up pre-orders, we will not be able to provide a refund.

What if I modify my order/catering last minute?

Modifying your pre-order or catering package within 7 days or less of the due date (event date) is subject to no refund in price difference. Modifying your pre-order or catering package more than 7 days of the due date (event date) is subject to a 10% - 100% refund in price difference depending on modification time period. Thank you for your understanding.

What is the best way to keep Dos Chris’ gourmet cookies fresh?

We do not use preservatives in our gourmet cookies. We recommend for best freshness that you keep your cookies in a Ziploc bag or container with a piece of bread. Our cookies also freeze very well, so just take them out of the freezer and let them sit-out for about 15 minutes and enjoy! If you can’t wait like us, pop them in the microwave for 10 second intervals until hot and fresh. Enjoy!

Does Dos Chris’ deliver?

Yes and no. Dos Chris' delivers our weekly bakery items, charcuterie boxes, and provisions through UberEats. Dos Chris' does not personally deliver except for our catering services.

Should I have my Charcuterie and or Charsweeterie™ spread outside?

Dos Chris’ does not recommend having your (you the client) spread(s) outdoors and we are not responsible for acts of nature such as: heat, wind, rain, bugs, etc. Having your spread(s) outdoors could lead to a decrease of visual freshness as well as food safety deterioration. If you have us create for you outdoors, we will not be held responsible. You proceed at your discretion.

I do not see a catering package that fits my needs. What do I do?

Please contact us and we are more than happy to create a package that fits your needs!

Can I use my Sparkle Points towards catering package(s)?

Sparkle points accrued cannot be used towards our catering packages and only used for in-store purchases. We appreciate your understanding!
